They select and import cacao beans, hand-process them with at least 50% cocoa, and pair the intense, complex notes of premium dark chocolate with cinnamon for a taste that’s as bold as it is refined. It’s vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and organic. Giovanni Cicero founded Ciokarrua in 2007, a story of family, carob, chocolate, and a deep love for the flavors of Sicily.
