Made with 100% Nocellara del Belice (Castelvetrano) olives. Produced only once a year in October, it naturally evolves over time: sediments gradually settle, the oil becomes clearer, and its color shifts from deep green to a more golden tone. Its profile remains rich and expressive, with grassy, herbal notes, buttery smoothness, and a slightly sweet finish.
